Carolyn O’Neill Managing Director
The founding Director of the company, Carolyn has a long career in the development and organisation of corporate travel incentive events, corporate charity events and large scale event management.
Working with clients both large and small, she has assisted companies with implementing incentive, reward and recognition programs that contribute to the company’s overall goals to improve employee engagement, boost productivity and reward behaviour with measurable results.
In addition to Incentive Events, Carolyn has founded Journeys for a Cause Pty Ltd, a philanthropic and CSR management company, and has been Treasurer of Landcare, active in community affairs, and has spoken on such topics as Designing Effective Incentive Travel Programs. Carolyn started her career in the incentive industry in 1984 in California as an Incentive Planner for Incentive Associates.
Carolyn is passionate about helping clients achieve business objectives through charity challenges that are a life changing adventure - not only for your team, but also the communities and families that benefit.

Katrina Casey
As Flights Manager, Katrina manages travel arrangements for both groups and staff. Katrina possesses many years of business and leisure travel experience and understands the needs of group travel and efficient travel plans.
Katrina is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and offers logistical travel advice and 24/7 emergency assistance to all passengers.
Working with MTA Travel, a Travelscene Corporate/American Express Agency, Katrina is able to access the most competitive prices available and obtain preferred air, hotel and car rental rates.

Alan O'Neill
Alan O'Neill is a commercial aircraft pilot and has owned several businesses and investments throughout his entire working career. Since 1989 Alan's company has supported hundreds of companies with graphic design, creative writing and, since 1999: website development.
Alan consults to several global corporations - serving management roles in information technology and advertising and marketing support.
Since 2005, Alan has dedicated his management, marketing and communication skills to a regional environmental group, where he served the roles of secretary, treasurer, vice president and president of Tamborine Mountain Landcare Inc.
Alan has helped develop Incentive Events to fruition. He continues to offer many varied skills to Incentive Events including logistical advice for event management, information technology support, graphic design, copy writing, marketing advice and advisor for product development.
